CLASS IN LOS ANGELES, CA

THE LANGUAGE OF MAGIC offers students the opportunity to see themselves and others through the universal magical language of movement. This class begins with focus on mindfulness, breath, and time to ground into the space and arrive fully in a present body. This offering supports a dancer by creating an awareness of their own facility while also building heat and awakened energy in the body.

My teaching philosophy is built on the value system that we are human first, dancers second. My approach to the classroom is community, safety, and availability. I believe we are all capaclbe of finding our magic through the gift of movement, and by unlocking our own unique movement vocabulary we access a sacred language that allows us access to the portal of the human experience.
